Greek Hero Training
Corpus
Train the real human qualities behind the Greek heroes. Real practices, measurable markers and published norms — with the myths as the map, not the point.

Not a game: a training log with a mythology
Corpus measures where you stand on seven directions, shows it as a rose against the hero you are training toward, and points a compass needle at the gap that matters most. Every day of the week belongs to one patron, with practices written out step by step.
Seven patrons
Hermes — agility. Artemis — the hunt. Heracles — strength. Athena — mind. Prometheus — recovery. Poseidon — depth. Odysseus — seamanship.
Heroes as targets
Achilles, Atalanta, Orion, Theseus, Pheidippides, Milo of Croton and Perseus each combine the patrons' gifts differently. Resonance shows how close you are — and every hero has further degrees once you get there.
Every norm is cited
Your results are compared with published, age- and sex-specific norms, and the App names the study behind each one and what is wrong with it. A test with no published norm is recorded but never scored.
A week of practices
Calisthenics ladders from the easiest variation to the hardest, balance, mobility, breathing and recovery — each with a goal, the equipment, numbered steps and an easier alternative. Log your sets as you go.
Apple Health, read-only
If you want, Corpus reads your VO₂ max and resting heart rate from Apple Health. It never writes anything back, and an imported value is always marked as one.
Offline and private
No account, no server, no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone, and you can export it or erase it whenever you like.
Before you start
Corpus suggests real physical training. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
- Breath holds are dry only — seated or lying down, on land. Never hold your breath in or near water.
- Stop immediately if something hurts, or if you feel dizzy or unwell.
- Talk to a doctor before training if you have a heart, lung or joint condition, or if you are pregnant.
