🌊 Oceanus

Oceanus is a mobile application that provides:

  • Marine species identification using AI-powered image recognition
  • A comprehensive catalog of marine species with detailed information
  • Personal collection tracking of identified species
  • Detection history and favorites management
  • Cloud synchronization when signed in with Google
  • Dive log integration with Garmin devices

🌿 Terra

Terra is a mobile application that provides:

  • Medicinal plant identification using AI-powered image recognition
  • Information about medicinal properties and traditional uses of herbs
  • AI-generated personalized herbal recipes
  • Personal collection of favorite herbs and recipes
  • Cloud synchronization when signed in with Google
  • Location-based plant insights

3. User Accounts

  • You may use certain features of the Apps without creating an account
  • To access full features, including cloud sync, you may sign in with your Google account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
  • Use the Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise App security
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Apps
  • Circumvent any usage limits or access restrictions

5. AI Identification Disclaimer

Important: The AI-powered identification features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Identification results may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of identification results
  • Always exercise caution when interacting with wildlife. Some species may be dangerous or protected by law
  • The Apps should not be used as a substitute for professional expertise

The information provided in Terra is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any information regarding medicinal plants. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any herbs or remedies, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Apps, including their design, features, content, and code, are owned by LiJordan and protected by intellectual property laws
  • Species images, descriptions, and data are provided for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without permission

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Apps may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions
  • Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies

8. User-Generated Content

  • Images you capture using the Apps for identification remain your property
  • By using the Apps, you grant us a limited license to process your images for identification purposes
  • We do not claim ownership of your captured images

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

  • We are not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on identification results
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiJordan from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

  • The Apps integrate with third-party services including Google, Firebase, Gemini AI, and Garmin
  • Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Apps or any features at any time
  • Update these Terms of Use as needed
  • Change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

14. Termination

  • You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them
  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately
  • You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
